Once an account is created, and then verified (via Researcher Registration, and Researcher Verification process), you can simply add products to your cart and select order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. For large or bulk orders, check out our “bulk section”, if this does not match your quantity needs, contact us for invoicing options.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, order quantity, and shipping method selected.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that our products are legal to import in your country.
Can I return a product?
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes, you do . Register under our researcher registration, and then you will receive an email to have you fill out our verification form in order to show that you are following regulation.
